Dear lovely subscribers,
Whether you like it or not, you are receiving my first newsletter! I’ll be breve.
1. Happy Thanksgiving! Gotta love giving out thanks! I’m grateful to be performing and working again. And extremely grateful that you’re reading this newsletter.
2. Show announcements!
11/27
Audrey Hayes Variety Show- Live at Canary Club
303 Broome Street, NYC
7:30-9:30 pm.
This is a musical variety show with works ranging from solo Bach to the “Tennessee Waltz” to classical violin showpieces arranged by moi for jazz piano trio. It’s a show in which I both sing and play the violin, and it features some of the best musicians in NYC—Miles Walter on keys, Aaron Kimmel on drums, and Dylan Shamat on bass. Truly, it’s an absolute honor to perform with these boys.
Here is a link to the reservation: (click “evening music” at 7:30)

11/29
Audrey Hayes Trio
Wild Birds, Brooklyn.
951 Dean Street, Brooklyn, NY 11238
9-11 pm.
I’ll be singing a range of jazz love standards (I think most jazz standards are about love, but I digress) with two amazing musicians—Dave Baron on bass, and Alex Goodman on guitar. Over the past couple of weekends, we’ve been workshopping our material at jazz brunches. It’s been an absolute pleasure learning and creating with these two masterful musicians. We’ll probably have a few special guests as well.
Wild Birds show *no tickets required
If you’re in NYC for any of these performances, please come! It means so much to have your support and see your lovely faces.
That’s all for now, folks!
Gobble gobble,
Audrey
